Tammie Alfaro, Owner/President, and all the Rehabilitation Counselors associated with TDonaldsonConsulting, LLC, are master’s degree Rehabilitation Counselors with various certifications. 

All the Consultants associated with TDonaldsonConsulting, LLC, have performed Job Analyses (Time & Motion Studies) and Ergonomic/Risk Assessments on a variety of jobs at employers around the country and have a proven track record of success when called to defend repetitive trauma (motion) allegations.

Ms. Alfaro has been in private practice for over 25 years and has been in the Rehabilitation industry for over 33 years. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Specialist of Health Ergonomics (CSHE), and Vocational Expert (VE) with the Social Security Administration, Office of Hearings Operations. She has provided Vocational Consultation and Vocational Expert witness testimony in various cases, including workers' compensation, ADA, personal injury, medical malpractice, liability, wrongful termination, or any other type of case where vocational matters need to be considered.
